Symptom:  Right after launching iMIS, prior to logging in, the mouse icon changes to a lock symbol while in iMIS.

Solution:  On the server, in her appdata\Local\VirtualStore (It was under VirtualStore under appdata.  90% sure it was appdata\local\VirtualStore) there were copies of iMIS files that were old and did not work.  We were able to delete all of them but her IMIS4.LBR from her particular FMA iMIS instance.  In this particular case, Ben had to reboot the server in the evening, delete the file once it was back up.  Once that happened, everything worked properly again.

Things that did not work for her:  Copying other people's icons or the main icon, changing rights on the iMIS folders under Program Files or deleting her roaming profile.

This most recently happened to Nancy Wisham, in Florida (FMA) in September / October 2020.

It looks like it also happened to BGreen in Alabama in Feb 2020, however since she had a brand new AD account created, it fixed the issue because the new account would have a new virtualstore location.
